Should I go with a fixed or variable rate?
Choosing your home loan will depend on a lot of factors. We will help you understand the pros and cons of each option.
How much does it cost?
Our service comes at no cost to you. Instead, we're paid a commission by the banks. These commissions are more or less the same and in no way impact the product we offer you.
Can I get a cash back from the bank?
Some lenders offer to provide you cash for taking out a loan with them, but this doesn't always end up being the most beneficial to you. We'll help you understand your options.
How long does the process take?
We recommend getting in touch with us sooner, rather than later. This will give you more options. We have, however, been known to work in very tight turnaround times, so never say never!
Who do you work for?
We don't work for the banks, or shareholders. We work for you. In fact, we have a legal obligation to only recommend solutions that are in your best interests.
How often should I refinance?
It depends entirely on your unique situation, but generally speaking, whenever your situation changes, or every two years. The home loan market is constantly changing.
